Google Fonts is a pretty great resource for free fonts to use on different websites. It’s even (seemingly) free of most of the tracking Google is known for.
The site is very good at helping you narrow down fonts from the hundreds, with filters for serif/sans-serif, letter width, letter thickness, and much more. When you open an individual font, you can even see the font paired with other Google fonts.
However, you can’t choose which fonts to see the pairings in, which is even more useful when trying to narrow down fonts for a website. I found this font pairing tool which lets you do just that…and actually, looks like they made an even better one which will be useful in the future!
